Update on the house progress...

We are basically in the waiting stage now.  After we had the inspection we asked for the sellers to fix a few things in the house.  There was a little back an forth between us and the sellers agreeing upon what we wanted fixed and what they were willing to fix but, we finally settled on an agreement that both sides were happy with.  So now we are just waiting for closing, which is June 12th.

We packed a few boxes today because I felt like we should pack something.  I just not sure when we should really start to pack everything up though.  We close on June 12th but we don't have to be out of our apartment until the end of June.  So we have some time to move everything in.  Ryan's family is coming down on June 21st to help us move so we will be moving all of our big stuff over to the house then.  I just don't want to be living out of boxes for longer than we need to.  The week between when we close and when Ryan's parents are coming, we will be spending cleaning and painting the new house.  We could potentially pack then but, I don't want that week to be super overwhelming either.  Maybe we should take the approach of packing a few boxes every day until we move?  I guess we will see what happens.
